I am Marcy Luna, your champion of accessing better health, and more freedom, clarity, purpose and joy!  You don't have to climb a huge mountain to get there, you just have to start where you are.  

I am a certified High Performance Coach, and have a Master's degree in Exercise Science, Nutrition, and Behavior Change.  I have spent over 30 years working as a fitness professional, helping people access a better life through exercise & mindset.  I am certified as both a High Performance Coach and a Business Coach. I have courses, and do group and private coaching for people who desire more.
 
My expertise is in creating behavior change using science and psychology to get what you want.  As a personal coach, student, and teacher, I have extensive experience helping people become a better version of themselves.  I have also learned that none of us can get there by just thinking harder or beating ourselves up.  If you want a more vibrant life, it is available to you!  I am here to help.
